Complete Self-Study
I started reading this book on 2021/04/17. It's safe to say that it revolves around the concept of Decision-making in the brain, as discussed by Daniel Kahneman in "Fast and Slow". The book introduces the idea of System 1 and System 2 in the brain. The reason for discussing this topic is because Self-study itself is a battle against laziness. The book suggests that by making the lazy system (Habit) itself Metacognition, one can develop habits. This may also relate to books on Optimizing the brain.
Since this book claims to be a comprehensive guide, I wondered if it would be structured in a certain way. In the first class at Minerva University (Minerva at KGI), the professor mentioned that they would cover Bias within Behavioral economics. It seems that understanding this topic is essential for gaining a structural understanding of the subject. This also ties into the Meaning of the existence of a complete collection.
To enhance 汎用性 (generality), it is essential to Stand on the Shoulders of Giants. This is something I can understand. Therefore, Research (including Survey) is crucial in this context. Additionally, Research Techniques are important to learn.
